Q: How can I buy from FWPP Merchandisers?
A: To purchase from FWPP Merchandisers, you must first register to become a member. You can do this by navigating to the menu at the top of your screen and locating the "Sign In" link on the left. After opening the link, you will see a pop-up where you can select “Apply Now”.
Q: How can I track my delivery?
A:When you purchase on FWPP Shop you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to track your order at website. You can also view the delivery status of your order in your online account in the My Account section.
Q: How will I know if my order has been placed?
A: Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is usually within 24 hours. Please note that this may go into your junk/spam if you have not shopped with us online before.
Q: How to pick up the goods in the store?
A: You can choose whether to ship or pick up the goods in the "Shipping Method" section of the checkout page. When choosing a pick-up, you can choose a pick-up location.
Q: Do you offer bulk product price concessions?
